Welcome to my MP Exclusive website. First let me introduce myself, my name is Marit Grotenhuis, born and raised in Gouda, Holland. In 2008, my great adventure in France began, emigrating and managing a campsite. After 11 years of managing campsites, it was time to move on, I decided to change course and start my own business. I knew I wanted to do something that would put me in contact with people to share my experience in advising and helping them, but certainly in combination with real estate.

I spent more than six months in a real estate agency including training, and then I knew what I wanted... first the fact that I speak 3 languages, Dutch, French and English, allows me to be able to help foreigners here in France! Then the idea came to combine this with real estate, take charge of the research work, make the first visits and given my experience in a real estate agency, I can also guide people in the purchase. This is how MP Bourgogne and now MP Exclusive was born.
